Mission The Michigan Council of Directors of Volunteer Services (MCDVS), chartered in 1972, is a non-profit corporation with the purpose of promoting the professional development of the membership and advancing the quality of volunteer services management in healthcare institutions.
Purpose MCDVS is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to advance and develop effective volunteer services administration in healthcare organizations.
