Mary McCormack, CAVS

Mary McCormack, CAVS helps people to improve their personal potential, achievement, and effectiveness. She is a national and state-certified volunteer services administrator. The Association of Healthcare Volunteer Resource Professionals (formerly ASDVS) recognized Mary with their highest honor, the 2007 Award for Excellence. On the state level, Florida honored Mary with the Sally Sitta Commitment of Excellence Award in 2005. For over 30 years, Mary has worked in healthcare and in volunteer services in medical centers, a rehabilitation hospital, a five county Hospice, and a large pediatric outpatient clinic. Recognized as an energenic international presenter who spices up her programs with humor, Mary is a past-president of the National Speakers Association-North Florida Chapter. In 2007, Mary presented two workshops on volunteer management at an international peace congress in Toronto, Canada. To date, she has presented to audiences in thirty states and says that DVS's are her favorite audiences!
