Greeting from Carol Bridges, MCDVS President

It is my pleasure to serve as President of the MCDVS Board for the 2008/2009 year. I am a relatively new "6 years" DVS and have been welcomed by the MCDVS members since my first conference. It was like finding a group of friends, who all shared a common bond. Our jobs are unique, rewarding and challenging and the commaraderie and knowledge shared between member to member is invaluable. My request of you as a MCDVS member is that you continue to communicate with us via the web, newsletter, conferences and/or regional meetings. The Board pledges this year to continue to increase communication and advocate for our profession on a state and national level.
